My users have long had this complaint about Notes. Other mail systems present you with the date/time the message was sent by the originator, along with that timezone. It would be perfect if this could be accomplished within Notes. We all know that the time on the originator's computer might be incorrect, so that is where the More... / Delivery Information dialog comes into place. HOWEVER, even there, it is confusing to find the date/time that the user wrote the message because timezones are not displayed.
